Alan R. Dembiczak
Mr. Dembiczak is a graduate of the University of New Haven (B.S. 1998) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D. 2002). During law school, he was President of the Moot Court Board; Managing Editor of the law school publication, Journal; Vice Chairman of the Honor Board; and Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Dembiczak represents municipalities, school districts and police departments in both federal and state courts. His cases also involve highway defect claims, governmental immunity, Fair Labor Standards Act claims and constitutional law.
