Mr. Vossler was graduated from Boston College (B.A., cum laude, 1982). Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Vossler earned a law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law (J.D. 1985). Mr. Vossler has handled many cases to verdict, and through the appellate courts, since being admitted to practice in 1985. He has a diversified practice both before the Connecticut trial courts and appellate courts. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Vossler has been successful in obtaining favorable rulings in a number of cases that resulted in cutting edge decisions related to sports and recreation. To that end, Mr. Vossler continues to shape the legal landscape of Connecticut with regard to the enforceability of pre‑accident waivers and releases utilized in conjunction with recreation and sporting events. His clients include insurers, commercial retailers and restaurants, athletic clubs and teams, as well as private and municipal entities.
