Mr. Lydecker graduated from Boston College in 1998, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He received his law degree from Western New England College School of Law (J.D. 2008). While attending law school, Mr. Lydecker served as a member of the Western New England Law Review and received the CALI Excellence Award in Civil Procedure.
During law school, Mr. Lydecker worked as a summer associate at a prominent Springfield law firm and in the litigation department of a large insurance company.
Prior to joining Howd & Ludorf, Mr. Lydecker clerked for the Hon. Michael R. Sheldon in Hartford Superior Court.

Mr. Lydecker is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
He resides with his wife in Middletown, Connecticut.
