Mr. Monastersky is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A., cum laude, 1990) and received his law degree from Boston College (J.D., cum laude, 1993).
As a partner, Mr. Monastersky has litigated cases in both state and federal courts. As a member of the Employment Law Group, he represents public and private employers in all phases of employment litigation. Mr. Monastersky also advises employers on avoidance of litigation through counseling and training in the workplace.
