Jeffrey E. Potter |
Jeffrey E. Potter earned his B.A. in Communication in 1998 from Central Connecticut State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in 2004. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Potter was employed in the insurance industry as a licensed Claim Adjuster by one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the United States where he handled a variety of first and third party claims. Mr. Potter was formerly a licensed Insurance Producer and NASD Registered Representative and has extensive knowledge and experience in insurance and investments. Mr. Potter is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. He is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations. His areas of practice include civil rights, municipal law, insurance defense and insurance coverage. His practice focuses on litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. He regularly litigates cases involving municipal employees and municipalities accused of constitutional misconduct, as well as complex insurance coverage issues and common negligence. Mr. Potter resides with his family in New Britain, Connecticut. |
