Mr. Bogdanski was graduated from Tufts University (B.A. 1976) and received his law degree from Western New England College (J.D., cum laude, 1979). During law school, he served as an editor of the Law Review (1978-1979). Following graduation, he was a Law Clerk for the Appellate Session of the Superior Court.
As the firm’s managing partner, Mr. Bogdanski is an active litigation attorney with a broad range of experience. Over the past 25 years, he has tried numerous cases and has represented a vast array of clients in a variety of complex litigation. His representative clients include national automotive, heavy equipment and product manufacturers. Mr. Bogdanski defends toxic tort claims arising from asbestos, mold, toxic chemicals and other sensory allergies.
