Mr. Carlisle graduated cum laude from Salisbury University in 2002 where he earned his degree in Psychology. In 2006, he received his law degree from the University of Connecticut Law School. While in law school, Mr. Carlisle was a member of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and a member of the Connecticut Unemployment Action Center. Prior to joining Howd & Ludorf, LLC, Mr. Carlisle practiced Labor and Employment law.
Mr. Carlisle is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
