Alan Y. Wong



Alan represents the Firm’s clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on insurance defense, premises liability, and toxic torts. In addition to handling all day-to-day aspects of litigation, he also enjoys investigating novel and complex legal issues and formulating innovative and cost-effective solutions for the Firm’s clients.

Prior to joining the Firm, Alan worked as an associate attorney in a Boston law firm, defending asbestos personal injury claims. During law school, Alan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and completed full-time legal internships in the law department of BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. and the tax department of Raytheon Company. Additionally, he worked as an authorized student practitioner in Boston Municipal Court, representing victims of domestic violence in the procurement of restraining orders and anti-harassment orders.

Alan currently resides with his wife and son in Newton, Massachusetts, where he was born and raised. Outside of the office, his hobbies and interests include cooking, baking, rock-climbing, and weightlifting. An avid sports fan, Alan actively follows and supports all Boston-area professional teams, as well as his alma maters, the Illinois Fighting Illini and Northeastern Huskies.
