Melissa E. Noujaim


As part of the Employment Law and Litigation practice group, Melissa defends public and private sector employers in administrative, state, and federal cases including those involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, failure to hire, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Prior to joining Howd & Ludorf, Melissa was an attorney for the City of Waterbury where she represented the City in labor and employment matters.
