Ondi’s practice involves defending municipal entities in state and federal court. She also represents insurance companies in coverage matters and bad faith litigation. She has successfully tried several cases to verdict or court judgment in state court. Her appellate practice involves representing public sector and insurance clients in matters before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Court.
Ondi lives with her family in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
Amica Mutual Insurance Company v. Levine
Amica Mutual Insurance Company v. Levine, 2017 WL 3975450 (Conn. Super. 2017): Ondi obtained summary judgment for Amica in a declaratory judgment action arising from a claim of underinsured motorist benefits. The court held that the insured’s failure to submit to an independent medical examination was a breach of policy conditions that warranted judgment in Amica’s favor.
